Everyone likes a mirror, while not knowing the true nature of his face. After all, how long does a reflection remain in view? Make a practice of contemplating the origin of the reflection. This cheek and mole go back to the source thereof.

je ne sais quoi
12.05.04 (12:20 am)   [edit]

I just realised recently that I have somewhat become rather unopiniated and boring. Cant seem to figure out where all that fire went...Is it an age thing? Thankfully I am aware of whats going on with me and I am tired of the living dead around me, everything that motivates them and all thats driving them to "move ahead".

I know this is not unique to where I am living. I know for certain I will hear this from my friends in the US or Europe or elsewhere in Asia. More or less, it depends on one thing or the other, I am convinced that a monotonous, mechanical people is a constant everywhere.

Having said that, I have come to the conclusion about the root of my problem...I am just not happy.

Sounds like there is some soul searching being done to get to the bottom of why you aren't happy. I hope you find the answers you are looking for. Life is too short to live it unhappily (believe me, I know). I also know that yes, there are a lot of soul-less people in the world right now. I think it is at the worst state it can possibly be right now. Very sad, but we don't have to be that way ourselves!

deb has said it - find out why you feel unhappy and what you need to be happy. also, sometimes what we want may not be what we need to be happy. there is purpose for all of us. hang in there sweetie!
